AUDIENCE ANALYSIS AND DELIVERY
The argument on legalizing prostitution will be geared toward the general public. When we speak of the general public we are speaking in terms of all people. Children, teenagers, parents, business owner, married people, the media and the government are our key audience members when speaking on such profession. Government plays a major role in our audience due to the fact that it is an illegal profession in the state of Michigan. Legalizing prostitution will affect other states and other countries as well. It will also affect business and the working class people in many ways. By legalizing prostitution it will affect people day to day life and others lifestyle. This profession is a big business opportunity for most business professional.
Posting an xtranormal video of the legalization of prostitution will open the eyes of the general public to see that prostitution could benefit the economic crisis that the state of Michigan is facing today. This video will also benefit local business by bring in more business to the state of Michigan posting an YouTube video of our evaluation and proposal of legalizing prostitution in Michigan will impact all communities in Michigan. The topic itself will negatively be drawn down by the people. However, after hearing our proposal about legalization of prostitution, people are bond to change their minds and their total outlook of this profession. The general public will be greatly turned out due to the outcome of how prostitution could positively have an impact on Michigan and other states.
While your base ideas are good, it is very difficult to speak to the "general public." Think about it this way: you wouldn't talk about this topic the same way with your classmates as you would with your grandmother, would you? Why would it be any different if talking to a business owner as opposed to students. You would have to appeal to different qualities of your argument to get them on your side. (Plus the questionable ethics of discussing prostitution to "children" might want to be dropped.) Who SPECIFICALLY do you want to talk to and WHY? If you are talking to "everyone" then what can they possibly do? Not everyone can do the same thing to get your argument to work.
